The Quiet Mind office is located in northwest Portland between the Pearl District and NW 23rd on the second floor of a red and silver four story building that is handicap accessible, with a secured entry. The building’s elevator has a keypad to call the office. The Provider will buzz the elevator to the ground floor to meet the patient. Turn right when leaving the elevator, Quiet Mind is the first door on the left. Parking is available near the building along the streets; and at pay-to-park lots.
